With competence and reliability, DMI Drechsler offers individual repairs for your cylinder covers. Our professionally trained and experienced personnel achieve efficient and precise optimum results. Whereby, cooperation with the customer is flexible and on an individual basis.

Your cylinder covers are inspected, measurements are taken and according to particular requirements, components can be pre-machined, gouged, welded and stress-relieved. With the area around the injection valve pockets having been steel-plated, all measurements are machined back to original standards.

Quality control and dependable accuracy is a matter-of-fact for each phase of the mechanical treatment, up to the scheduled redelivery.

Test procedures and surveys of the reconditioned spare parts are carried out in compliance with the rules and recommendations as set forth by DNV GL.
